Fellowship Program at AIIMS, New Delhi

Recognizing the need for organ based sub-specialty training, the Department of Radiodiagnosis, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi has started three fellowship programs with effect from 1st January, 2017.

These include:

1. Gastrointestinal Radiology
2. Thoracic Radiology
3. Pediatric Radiology

These are one year fellowships covering both diagnostic and interventional (vascular and non-vascular) aspects of the relevant sub-specialty.

The eligibility criteria is: MD or DNB (Radiodiagnosis) followed by 3 years of Senior Residency (or equivalent teaching experience). Sponsored seats for candidates from Government Institutions and neighboring countries are also available periodically.

Admission is on the basis of an entrance test conducted in the months of April/ November by All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. The test includes a written as well as practical examination.
